Stardew Valley Shane

Shane is also known as Stardew Valley Shane in the player’s community. He is a villager & resident of Pelican Town who is often rude and unhappy. He suffers from depression and drinks a lot. His attitude seems to change when the player tries to befriend him. Shane works at JojaMart mostly from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. He spends most of his time in the Stardrop Saloon after work. Shane does not work at weekends except if it’s a rainy day, you can find him around the ranch mostly.

Shane is one of the twelve characters you can marry in Stardew Valley.

Shane Stardew Valley lives at Marnie’s Ranch with his Aunt Marnie and His goddaughter Jas. He works under Morris at JojaMart.

Shane’s Gifts

You can present Shane with two gifts per week in addition to the one on his birthday. These gifts will raise or lower his friendship level with you. Shane’s birthday gift will have an 8x effect and trigger a unique dialogue.

Random Gift

Shane may send you a gift at any time but your friendship level must be greater than zero. It will increase your friendship level with Shane.

Two Hearts

*Enter Cindersap Forest between 8:00 PM and Midnight*

Three Hearts

Once you receive three hearts with Shane, you will receive a recipe in the mail from him. He will also become less rude during his dialogues with you.

Four Hearts

*Enter Marnie’s Ranch at any time*

After receiving four hearts with Shane, he will appear friendlier towards you and his dialogue will no longer be rude.

Six Hearts

*Enter Cindersap Forest between 9:00 am and 8:00 pm while storming or raining*

Seven Hearts 1

Seven Hearts 2

*Enter the town b/w 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM on a sunny day*

Be noted that this heart event required two hearts with both Emily and Clint.

Once you reach 7 hearts with Shane, he will send you a recipe via mail.

Ten Hearts

You exit your house before 6:30 AM to trigger the event then you walk towards the Bus Stop b/w 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM.

Group Ten Heart Event

If you are unmarried and have given a bouquet to all available bachelors, have friendship level 10 hearts with each, have seen all 10 heart events, then a scene will trigger upon you entering the Stardrop Saloon.

Fourteen Heart Event

*Enter Town any day other than Friday b/w 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. For parts 2 and 3 enter town anytime each of the next 2 days.

Marriage Event (Love in the Air)

Stardew Valley Shane will move into the farmhouse with you once married. He will add his own room to the right of the bedroom like other marriage candidates. He will set up a chicken coop behind the farmhouse where he will go sometimes to visit with his favorite chicken “Charlie”.

Shane may give you a beer, large egg, pale ale, void egg, or pepper poppers on a rainy day. When Shane stays inside the house, he may offer you Omelet, pepper poppers or pizza those days.
